You Have One Point of Contact
That’s me, Bob Diercksmeier. You’ll always deal directly with me, I don’t delegate client contact to my support team.
Initial Project Meeting
I meet with you first to learn about your organization, goals, audiences, existing brand and project needs. We discuss possibilities for your project including components, content and marketing channels. We also discuss desired schedule and project budget.
Project Scope, Schedule and Estimated Fees
After the initial client meeting, I meet with my team to develop an accurate project scope, an efficient design and production schedule, and a budget to fulfill all project requirements. This is presented to you in a project estimate or comprehensive project proposal, depending on the size of the project.
I Create and Manage Your Creative Team
After our estimate or proposal is approved, I assemble a custom team of experts that is tailored specifically to your project. This group of marketing, creative, design and web development professionals will work on your project from start to finish.
We Deliver Outstanding Creative Work
As your project progresses, you will begin to see your creative solution take shape. We involve you as much or as little as you want, and as we collaborate with you, and our team works with each other, the end result is an effective creative solution that will help you to reach your specific business goal.
