Social Media Strategy
If you’re not participating, you’re not profiting.
A company needs to communicate with its customers where they are currently getting their information. There is no arguing that consumers are spending large amounts of time participating in social networks such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn. The social media train has left the station, and if you’re not on it, you are being left behind.
Social media communications are fundamentally different from traditional marketing efforts. Traditional marketing messages are one-way broadcasts from the company to the customer. The problem is that consumers are increasingly tuning out the static noise of traditional advertising, and tuning in to the two-way and multi-way conversations that are taking place in social media channels. If you want to communicate with current and potential customers, you need to be participating in these conversations. Because if you are not conversing with your customers in social media channels, you can bet your competitors probably are.
If your company is not currently active in social media, we can help you get started. If you are already communicating with your customers through social media channels, we can help you improve your efforts. Contact us to find out how.
